1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "i1cinta", "we" or "platform" refers to the i1cinta.net website and all services offered through it. "Player", "member" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses i1cinta services. "Account" means a user profile registered on this platform.

These terms and conditions cover all aspects of platform use, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, bonus claims, and communication with the support team. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between the player and i1cinta.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

i1cinta reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. The amount claimed cannot exceed the available account balance. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or another method verified under the same player's name.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The i1cinta welcome bonus gives 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM120 will be credited giving a balance of RM220, and you will need to wager RM1,800 (RM120 × 15) before the bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players.
• i1cinta reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games at i1cinta use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and verified by an independent party. The outcome of every game is random and fair, and cannot be influenced by any party, including i1cinta itself.

In the event of a technical failure, network disruption or unusual circumstances during a game session:

• Incomplete game rounds resulting from a technical failure will be resolved using session data stored in the system.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of financial fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment cards.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions that contravene financial laws.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

i1cinta reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

• Failure to pass the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification within the specified period.
• Self-request from the player for self-exclusion.

Players may voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all conditions are met. Balances obtained through bonuses that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements will not be paid out.

9. Platform Liability Limits
